At this time, we only ship to addresses within the Contiguous United States and Canada, and cannot ship to PO boxes. Your order will be shipped within one day of your initial order. The standard shipping rate with your order will be shipped using FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery. If you need 2 Day or Overnight shipping, please call us at 972.695.5567. We will be happy to expedite your order.  Once you Tough Bags have shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email including a tracking number to track the status and delivery date of your order.

* Please contact us by email info@insulationvacbags.com or call 972-695-5567 before returning your unused removal bags.

We strive to offer the best insulation vacuum bag on the market. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return your unused bags with a note describing why you are disappointed within 30 days for a full refund on your returned bags. Tough Bags that have been used are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and provide a full refund.

2. Cancellation After Shipment:

If your order has already been shipped, you may still request a cancellation. In such cases, you will be refunded the amount of the purchase, excluding the shipping cost incurred by Tough Bags to provide you with the benefit of free shipping. The refund process will be initiated upon the return and receipt of the product in its original condition.

Guarantee

Tough Bags are called Tough for a reason! If you do have any problems with your bags, please reach out to our team and we will replace your bag at no charge*.

*Our guarantee is only valid to the original customer and must show proof of purchase (order# etc.) Replacement bags will only be sent to the original customer.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Please email info@insulationvacbags.com to request a refund or exchange confirmation. Include your name, order # and reason for return or exchange.
